Group Coaching

These programs are for owners who have either limited budgets or just want to be a part of a group of fellow business owners. Like the individualized model, you will meet on a regular basis and go through the evaluations. On a weekly basis, you will have an allotted time within the group to present challenges and get help from not only your Mustard Seed Business Coach - but the other business owners as well.

Business Effectiveness Series

The Business Effectiveness Series is a 13-week group coaching session that covers the essentials of Business Effectiveness. This series meets for one two-hour session a week for 13 consecutive weeks. Topics covered include a personal style analysis (Extended DISC), vision and mission, marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, and financial analysis. This series is most effective for motivated self-starters who need little follow-up to insure they put the knowledge gained into practice in their business.

BANG! Coaching

A BANG! group combines group coaching and accountability, networking, Business Effectiveness teaching, and Masterminding, all into one group. Meeting every other week for two hours, the BANG group brings together a small group of successful business people and a professional coach who work, on a confidential basis, to evaluate and solve each others business problems. In a BANG! group you''ll evaluate the state of your business, understand your unique leadership behavior styles, understand the best business practices of other successful businesses, confidentially brainstorm with fellow business owners to solve problems, confidentially work in teams and with partners to develop plans for improvement, follow-up with fellow business owners to insure plans get implemented and see Radical Results in your business.

ADVANTAGE™ Coaching

This program is designed for business owners who are not necessarily challenged by accountability, but rather would like to learn. It is a 6 week interactive online program that meets one hour per once per week. It is in a "workshop" format and you will go through exercises and begin to design systems for marketing, leadership, sales, customer service, human resources and financial management, without leaving your office or from anywhere you can access the internet.   It is VERY affordable and is a great starting point if you have never worked with a coach before.
