Mustard Seed Business Coaching is a small and revered company launched in Dallas, TX. Founded in 2009, we provide business coaching services both in person and virtually. Using customized methodologies, we help organize, visualize and create the successful businesses people desire.
We work with clients from Toronto to Texas, California to Connecticut. We consider ourselves realistic and optimistic. We like big challenges and the way it feels when we meet each challenge. We work with people we like, companies we believe in and generally have a great deal of fun.
Michelle Logan is the epitome of a Head Coach. Her caring persistence, unyielding focus on preparation and basic need to be a “winner” defines her coaching style. With over two decades of operational and senior management experience with industry giants MCI, IBM,United Health Care, and First Data, Michelle has developed a keen ability to identify and solve business problems that stand in the way of productivity and performance.
As a learning and performance professional she believes that success of both the individual and business depends largely on the willingness and capacity to learn and take action.
